No! Most services, including snow removal, can be completed without anyone being home. We provide photo confirmation once the job is done.
If a service is not completed on the same business day or in the expected timeline (on availability depedant products), you are eligible for a full refund.
Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for scheduled services. Short-notice cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Write to us through the contact page on our website for rescheduling.
