Return Policy

At MTL Student Home Services, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If a service is not completed on the same business day, you are eligible for a full refund for that service.

Once the service is completed, a photo confirmation will be sent to you as proof of completion.

Please Note:

• Refunds apply only to services that were not completed

• Completed services are non-refundable

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
